Who We Are

Dr. Mike Muin

Dr. Mike Muin is a Medical Doctor and a Health Informatics Professional with over 20 years working experience in the field of Healthcare IT. He has served as a Medical Informatics Consultant for St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of The Medical City group of hospitals and clinics, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Healthway Medical Clinics, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Metro Pacific Health Tech (mWell). Currently, he is the CEO and Founder of MedProjects, a Healthcare IT Solutions company, and Kranium, a Healthcare Data Analytics and AI company.

Emie Marie Vinluan

Emie Marie Vinluan is a seasoned IT Manager and Systems Auditor. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Green Belt Six Sigma Certified (CSSGB). Her experience as IT Manager includes Systems Development, Quality Assurance and Data and Analytics Management. She has successfully implemented a Hospital Information System, managed an ERP systems maintenance, and spearheaded the data governance of St. Luke’s Medical Center. Currently, she is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Kranium, a Healthcare Data Analytics and AI company.

Dr. Michael Fong

Dr. Michael B. Fong is a physician informaticist, practicing medical doctor, and an MSc candidate for the Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI) program of UP Manila. He completed his BS Public Health degree at UP Manila and his Doctor of Medicine program at St. Luke’s Medical Center College of Medicine. Dr. Fong has held key positions and roles such as medical informatics director, solutions architect, project manager, clinical systems analyst, data analyst, and integration consultant for various projects under major hospitals and healthcare institutions throughout the country. Currently, he is the Head of Product Acceleration and Innovation of MedProjects, a Healthcare IT Solutions company, and the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of Kranium, a Healthcare Data Analytics and AI company.
